FREE SHIPPING for North American orders over $150.

All orders are processed and shipped from our Vancouver studio within 1-3 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our studio.

Local pickup
Free local pickup in Vancouver.
We are based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. Free local pickup is available. Please choose the local pickup option during checkout. We will send you the exact address via text or email when your order is ready. We will schedule a time that is convenient for you to pick up your order.
Shipping within Canada
We ship within Canada via Canada Post. We currently offer a $18 flat rate for orders under &150.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage and receipt are submitted to anna@balina.ca within 48 hours of arrival.
